Trellidor is a proudly South African company that manufactures and distributes security gates and window burglar proofing. We developed our original steel trellis-style sliding gate in the 1970’s.
This range now includes our internationally certified industrial grade gate used to protect high security risk public spaces, including a model that is one of the strongest in the world. Over the years we have developed products suited to contemporary lifestyles, such as see-through security screens, sliding gates in aluminium as well as steel,aluminium louvre shutters, aluminium roller shutters, Polycarbonate bars and a variety of burglar-proofing styles for windows.
Through our Trellidor franchise network, we ship these products to wherever you are and install them for you. They provide our customers with professional, personal service from people that know the safety and security challenges customers face in their area.

From our roots in 1976 as a small powder coating operation on the banks of the Umgeni River in Durban, South Africa, we have grown into a leading manufacturing company in our industry. We are now based in Phoenix Industrial Park and are one of the largest employers in the region.Trellidor Holdings Limited listed in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2015, after acquiring two other well-established business entities.
